How Portfolio Peer Forums work?
DURATION AND CADENCE
Each Portfolio Peer Forum is 2 hours monthly, for an indefinite duration determined by each member.
Forums have a deliberately regular cadence, designed to create a bond and trust members need to be in a safe and confidential space.
Each month cases are prepared prior to presentation and combined with a development component create an invaluable experience compounding each month.
THE POWER OF PEER TO PEER GROUPS
The power of peer to peer groups is well documented. They bring considerable leveraging of the diverse collective intelligence of members, who form extremely strong bonds and provide each other with personal, professional and business growth.
FORUM MEMEBERS
Each Forum is formed by up to 12 carefully selected diverse members who are selected and curated by application and interview by the Certified Peer Forum leader.
Forums 'form, norm and perform' as individual members gain confidence and trust from and with one another.
Each participant benefits from proven and well honed confidential ‘case methodology’ providing time for peer to peer reflective inquiry in a circle of trust.
AUGMENTING OTHER PROGRAMMES
Forums offer the opportunity for members from other programmes to join a Portfolio Peer Forum for continuity of engagement and support experiences. It may even be a developmental pathway to accreditation as future Peer Forum Leader leading their own rewarding Forum.

Meet Zed
Making a difference in the service to others is central to Zed's passionate purpose. A REF Certified Peer Forum leader, Zed has a portfolio career himself, leveraging his expertise to advise portfolio and fractional professionals, entrepreneurial business leaders, C suite, and investors. A former corporate leader and venture capital partner and a portfolio professional the last 20 years, he sees this category of peer to peer forums filling a critical leadership support gap.
Meet Mike
Mike is passionate about providing peer forum experiences globally which he has been doing for the 20 years he has been a portfolio professional, , including as a peer forum leader and speaker. Looking for who is on the leading edge of what’s next with peer forum experiences, he joined REF to drive innovation and growth regionally, nationally and globally.
